Most residents can picture exactly what would make their street work better, and have no way to communicate it beyond a sentence in a consultation form. StreetShape gives them a map and the tools to draw on it — and gives you something specific enough to actually assess.
What you do with a plan is entirely your decision. StreetShape is where it gets drawn and sent; it does not assess feasibility, cost or safety, and nothing a resident submits is an engineering document.
Your residents get free accounts
Anyone who signs up as a resident of your municipality gets a free account scoped to it. Unlimited plans, full export quality, no cost to them.
They send you plans, not paragraphs
A crossing here, a tree there, this junction narrowed. Drawn on a real map at real dimensions, so your engineers can tell at a glance whether it is viable.

What it costs
Two inputs: how many residents you have, and where you are. A city of nine hundred thousand and a village of four thousand get the same software and cannot sensibly pay the same for it — and neither can a high-income capital and a district whose entire planning budget is smaller than our list price.

Income groups follow the World Bank classification, so a band you disagree with is a disagreement with them rather than with us. Above a million residents the shape of the engagement changes enough that a list price would be guessing in public.
Any municipality can ask for the fee to be waived. Under 25,000 residents, or anywhere in a low-income economy, and the answer is very likely yes. Ask; it is a conversation, not a form.
